Oral Presentations

If you are presenting an oral presentation for the meeting you should bring your talk on a USB, saved in a format for display on a PC within the room (ie PowerPoint). Please ensure that the dimensions of you PowerPoint presentations are 16:9. You can use the following YouTube video for instructions on how to change dimensions within PowerPoint (ref. min 1.37): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-B1JY_C5xAA. If you have already developed your slides in a ratio of 4:3 these will still work for your presentation.

You will need to load your presentation in the speaker preparation room 'B3'. A technician will be on hand to assist with any transfer/loading issues and to help you check your presentation. 

If you are presenting on Saturday 17th June 2017, you will need to load your presentation within the room you are presenting in.
